2016 Annual Meeting
November 15, 2016 at 6:30 pm Wintergreen Annual Meeting was called to order. For Judy Hargrave, this was her last year after serving so many years on the Board of Directors that no one knew the exact number of years, ha ha!! We appreciate all her wonderful years and hard work for Wintergreen, and will always see her around the Store.
There was another wonderful turn out from our active members, both at the meeting and online, and we want to thank each member for caring about what is happening at your Store. Many topics were discussed during the meeting, and active discussion happened at the same time. We love that our Members want to know what is going on in the Store and what goals the Board has for Wintergreen in the near future.
Membership Increase
Starting January 2017, membership fee will be increasing to $50. Existing members that have already paid $10 will have from January 1 until end of March 2017, to pay the remaining balance of $40 to complete their membership of $50. If a membership is not paid in full starting April 2017, a full $50 membership will have to be paid.
The increase in membership is to keep current with other Co-ops and to help with Wintergreen's growth with future goals.
